Is cramping a symptom of implantation?

Question

I was 9dpo yesterday and had dull cramps all day. They weren't painful, but definitely noticeable. I thought AF was going to start. 
Today I'm 10dpo and they have completely gone. 
I know I'll just have to wait it out, but could it be implantation?

When I was 10dpo I had a small amount of spotting mixed with cm and I started getting what felt like period cramps (but slightly different) I told my hubby that night "I think my period is gonna come 5 days early"! But the next day they were gone and I tested positive 4 days later! So it's possible! X
