After years treating my Depression and anxiety I've had to make the decision to be off my medication and become as organic as I can to possibly be pregnant in a year or two. Doing it with my psychiatrist, therapist and obgyn to see if I can stay off it. I'm worried but I have to do my best to prepare my body for possible life. If this doesn't work I'll have to be put on the less harmful ones. What are your experiences taking the "safer" antidepressants while preparing to be prego or while at it? Thanks for the feedback.
