Worried. 7w pregnant with no increase in appetite/no weight gain. Normal?

Hi all! 7 weeks pregnant... but I feel completely normal.  Since the beginning, I haven't really had many symptoms except sore boobs (no morning sickness, etc.)  I also have not been any more hungry than normal and am eating normally... No weight gain yet. I'm 5'7" and 145lb. I'm worried - is this normal? Worried my hormones aren't surging as they should. Has it been this way for anyone else?

Most information you read will actually tell you that you should put on very little weight in the first trimester and many often lose weight.

I'm estimating I'm 5w 1d and my symptoms haven't been out of control. I feel a bit nauseous at times (like mild sea sickness), burp ALOT!! And that's about it. I've actually found I've not been overly hungry so I'm
Not going to eat extra just because.

One reason some people gain substantial amounts of weight is because they 'eat for two' you energy requirements don't increase that much. Keep doing what your doing and if your blood tests and ultrasounds come back normal enjoy your pregnancy!! 😊

Totally normal. I'm right there with you. Some days I can eat and others I have no interest at all. I haven't gained any weight either. It seems to fluctuate a couple lbs down then back to normal.

You don't always gain weight im 9 weeks and have lost 25 pounds it can happen.

We are the same weight and height. I'm due jan 13th. I've only had sore boobs, light cramping, and some fatigue. Let's be happy for that!

I had a healthy little girl. Scale said I gained 30 pounds however after a week I weighed the same as before. I didn't start putting on any weight but water weight and some baby around 25 weeks. What matter is the quality of food your eating!

I'm 5 weeks and have a decreased appetite and all my levels are fine. I do have nausea and super heightened sense of smell that most things gross me out but each person is different I've read it's completely normal not to have symptoms and to consider yourself lucky

I'm 7w4d, I've had sore boobs and slight nausea. I have actually lost 8.5 lbs since I found out I was pregnant due to bloating making me feel fuller quicker and the nausea putting me off food a little bit. So I don't think you need to worry about, my friend is 10 weeks further along then me and her pregnancy has been a lot different to mine when it comes to apettite

I'm 7 weeks too with no weight gain, cravings, or morning sickness. So far I've only had cramps and sensitive breasts. I figure I'll go as long without the other things as possible. (:
