Pregnant ?

Had sex the 29th and the 30th don't think he pulled out in enough time . I am on birth control ,but this week was the week for me to take the last week of pills in the pack the "sugar pills",  I start taking my new pack today. Period was from the 19-23. I'm fertile this week . And i feel crampy this morning .could I be pregnant ?
