today is my first day taking them,I made sure I ate before I took it an now I'm feeling shakey it's that normal?will my body get used to if? I'm not pregnant just trying to prepare my body

I don't have any side effects with my current brand (nature made- I take them with dinner) but a brand I tried before made me nauseated everytime.

I take them in the morning right after I eat something and I don't have any side effects from them. If I take them before I eat then my stomach will be upset. I am not pregnant yet just getting my body ready!

I've been taking prenatal for almost two years now... No side effects. They kind of just make me feel a little better knowing I'm getting some good vitamins. I kept taking them even after being pregnant and breastfeeding. And I'm still taking them now that we are trying for no.2... There's no harm in it. Only good

I'm not pregnant (not that I know of haha) either but am also just preparing my body. The pills that I took gave me indigestion and constipation. But after a week or two, the side effects went away
