No signs?

Hi ladies! I'm 3 weeks 6 days. I've had no symptoms! Lots of positive tests, but no other signs. Is that normal?

I had some before my BFP and not I'm just having some low pelvic cramps/pressure. It's kinda bizarre. I feel like I should be having all these "symptoms". I am 3 wks 6 days
