I have a question

I was wanting to know if any of you had experienced this....yesterday I took three tests all coming back positive and a positive tests this morning. I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped I noticed some blood. Could this just be late implantation bleeding? Or my last AF? Now I did notice that it isn't like all the other AFs I have had. It is lighter in color. I am just scared that I could be having a MC.
