How will you announce your pregnancy to your husband/family/friends?

My husband will be there with me for the testing (not literally for the peeing part!) but I would be really interested in people's opinions about family and friends!! I can't imagine keeping a secret that's so exciting for 12 weeks!!!

I'm not very close with my family so I made a picture message to send to them.  My in laws I'm telling face to face.  I'm 4 weeks along.
