Trying to find old profile

Is there anyway I can serach by name to find my old profile. I had another profile before that I was using when I got pregnant but I had a miscarriage and totally disowned and never went back on it again. And also I got a new phone a little while after and lost everything so I don't know what email I used or anything . And I I kind of want to look back on my post that I had when I shared the new of being pregnant and stuff. So is there any way I can search by my name to find my post
