So my brother is dealing with his crazy ex wife, she kicked out their two children (15 and 12) then she took the 15 year old back and not her 12 year old. My brother has gone to the court's and gotten paperwork saying until the court date and everything is decided. Well today she texted him saying she hasn't gotten any paperwork and she needs her 12 year old son back until the actual decision with the court's is made. What is your opinion on the situation?
