If someone you knew was trying to trick their partner into pregnancy, would you tell the partner?

pregnancy, would you tell the partner?" /> This has to do with a friend of my sister's, whose husband apparently doesn't want more kids, but she does. She stopped taking her birth control and another friend of theirs accidentally slipped that info to my sister. She didn't elaborate beyond that, but I thought this would be an interesting debate topic. What, if anything, would you do?

Didn't vote because would depend on how close of a friend I am with him. I might confront my girlfriend if I was super close to her. If non of those things I would mind my business.

I'd probably tell them. If I had a friend who knew my husband was trying to get me pregnant without my knowledge is expect them to tell me.

Hmmm so hard because it's not my business. I'd probably talk to the girl and try and tell her why I think it could negatively effect her marriage. She must  already know it's wrong...

As has been discussed, BC can fail anyway. Sex always comes with a pregnancy risk. This obviously increases te risk but doesn't introduce something fundamentally new. He could use condoms too (maybe they do?) or consider a vasectomy for himself if he is sure he is done. It is not just the woman's job to prevent pregnancy. I do think this is an unethical thing for her to do and I have seen a lot of divorces happen because of this, but at the end of the day I'd personally have a hard time feeling like I knew the truth (vs being a party to a rumor) enough to risk possibly wrecking someone's relationship.

Id be that bitch that tells. That's ridiculous. I feel so bad for my friend who got married and his wife immediately stopped taking the pill and her husband didn't know. I didn't know till after the fact. Needless to say they're divorced now 😒
