Do any of you ladies/gents feel that tattoo places should charge extra money for touching up a tattoo that they originally did? Most tattoo places I've gone to will do touch ups for free no matter how much time has passed but this other place I went to is going to charge me to have it touched up which I personally don't think is fair.....so just curious what others think 😝
