Signs before labor?

Hello ladies, has anyone experienced nausea and weak body before labor? I'm 38 weeks and 2 days with gestational diabetes and I feel like I'm about to throw up but I can't and my body is very weak!

My sister development pre e and gestational diabetes and had to be induced 3 weeks early. 
Might wanna call your dr, or L&D at the hospital. Good luck and congratulations!

Yes- usually when you feel like you can't take much more... I got headachy and fluey right before too. 😁 all the best- not long now. ☺️

A friend of mine said it felt like she was getting a fever and flu like symptoms. By the time she got to the hospital she was already 8cm dilated. And an hour later her daughter was born.
