Measuring ahead? Help

What does it mean when your measuring ahead? I'm 33 weeks but I had an ultrasound today and they said that I'm measuring at 37 weeks?

Answer

Sounds like a big baby or a lot of fluid I measured over through out I'm 37w measuring 39 most people measure 2-3w over or 2-3 under but I would say it's a good sign to measure over (maybe) x
