Braxton Hicks

Firstly, I'm aware this is the controversy corner. I'm posting this here because no one ever answers on other forums. Now on to my actual question. I had two cramps during the past half hour. Three during the past two hours. I was wondering if Braxton Hicks can be this frequent. Or should I call (or visit as the hospital I go to is up the street) my ob?
