I've always used pads but just recently i started using Tampons (had a fear it would get suck) but i wanna know about you ladies😀

I use a Lunette menstrual cup. Started with a a Diva but I like the Lunette because it's firmer and doesn't bend as easy as the Diva.

Tampons Break apart inside you and little bits of the fiber get left behind when you take it out and that cause problems. I use pad and soft cup or diva cup. You can use a diva cup for up to 10 years
