Yesterday I spotted briefly in the morning, only lasted a few minutes. I had cramping on my right ovary, making all of my right side of my body hurting. Today I still have a bit of cramping from my right ovary, but no spotting. I was scheduled to start today. For the last several months since I got off my birth control in July- my period has came on schedule. Last 2 months I have not had any pain with it. Also my last period was so light, I forgot I was on one. Anyone know what's going on? After 18 years, this is the strangest period cycle yet.
