Yogurt for your vag???

Has anyone ever used yogurt for your health down there I'm talking if you've ever had BV or a yeast infection? If you have how did you do it and did it work? Or if you've heard of a friend using it please share? Do you just get the original does it matter what brand? Thanks!

You're supposed to eat yogurt everyday because of the live bacteria I've NEVER heard of putting it UP there .. No just no ..

I've heard that you're supposed to eat it.. like three times a day or so I would guess. Or as much as you want. But I haven't ever heard of putting it on or in there.. that just seems silly. :P

Pro biotic is the best natural yogurt obv .. I dipped a tampon in it I instantly felt relief n it was gone within a few days but I repeated it for a week to make sure

Never tried it but my doctor has mentioned it, there exact words were take some yogurt and shove it up your meow

Make sure if you put yogurt in your vagina that it is plain, unsweetened yogurt. If you use sweetened, flavored, it can cause an infection to worsen.

Don't buy a yogurt that is sweetened if you're eating it for that purpose. Infections and yeast especially feed on sugars so that wouldn't help at all
