I've been really suffering with gastroenteritis for the past four days - doc gave me paracetamol for my temperature, which worked fine but there's nothing I can do but wait out the diarrhoea apparently. Doc isn't worried about it impacting my pregnancy but I can't help but be a little anxious. Anyone else had this and have any tips on how to manage the symptoms naturally?
