So I'm a week late from my period. It's killing me to know because I have taken a few home tests they all been negative 😕

Now I know my body pretty well my boobs usally hurt really bad to where I don't even want to put a bra on. They now are slightly tender just around the areola and nipples. I've felt nauseated for several days off an on. I have broke out terrible and I hardly ever do I have no appetite when normally I want to eat everything in sight. I've been experiencing very mild cramping when. I never cramp before AF and maybe tmi but my cm went from normal to alot to a yellowish for about 3 days now it's back to medium stretchy almost clear. I am am faking any and all opinions should I just wait a little long to see if AF shows up or call the OB to get a blood test. If I conceived I would be about 3 weeks
