I'm sorry help !!!

I've been on the combination pill for about a year now and my fiance and I got caught up in the mood halfway through the pack and he came inside of me. I always take me pill at the same exact time to the minute! Should I be worried? (Sorry don't mean to be one of these posts just need some insite)
