Miss period

Cynthia • After having lost my frist baby at 4month ? been trying so hard to get pregnant again :-/ but haven`t had the luck yet
Miss my period this month did 2 pregnancy test but  both came out negative 😕 but my boobs been hurting ,, I been getting hungy and I feel wieard , I know I feel different I don't know what to do , I was pregnant ones already but I lost my little girls at 4months 😢 been trying for so long now ,,, should I wait another week and test again , I need advise 😕🙏
