My LO developed baby acne over the weekend.  I used some of my breast milk because I've read that it has healing properties.  Well, I think I exacerbated it -- she has clusters of whiteheads all over her forehead, right eyelid, and some on her right cheek.  I feel terrible, like I did something really wrong.  I called the pediatrician this morning and she said it was normal.  However, she hasn't seen my daughter's face!  We do have her 4 week appt on Thursday, so we'll see what the pediatrician says. My heartbreaks a little when I look at my daughter -- can't get over the guilt that I did something.  Has anyone else had a bad case of baby acne?  How long did it take to clear?  I've read it can take weeks to months. Thanks for letting me vent.
