Late period

I am in treatment with a dr for the couple of 3 month the average of days are 28 to 30 days i have pcos and ttc more than 4 years but the treatment was consistently i am already 1 week late i took a pee test and its was very faint lines but was in the afternoon. what do you recomend me?? Wait more days or do it tomorrow in the morning another test?
