Remedies for cramps?

Any remedies for cramps I've been in bed 2 days straight in pain & pain killers aren't working.

Please try Cramp Bark, it comes in liquid form, it's brown in color but you only need to add a dropper full into a small amount of water. Drink it like a shot. If you are sensitive have like a candy or something to mask the taste. I have to take it a few times a day with Rasperry Tea leaf and it's worked wonders for the cramping I had. I would need strong pain meds (like Vicodin) just to make it. Then I went the homeopathic way and I'm a lot more stable with bad cramping. Also heat pads that are microwaveable vs. wall plug ins are better. HTH! :-)

When I have really bad cramps I take Evening Primrose Oil pills.  They are all natural.  All the other pain medications don't ever work on me and I don't like medicine in them.  I also like using a heating pad and drinking warm liquids. If it's possible try exercising.

My last 3 periods I've had to start taking Tylenol and Motrin the day before for the cramping and back pain.the combo usually does the trick for me and if they get worse and those don't help I take a muscle relaxer.

I get cramps so bad I'm throwing up and crying in pain. It kind of looks like an exorcism is going on from me writhing in pain. The one thing all of my doctors, family doctor, gynecologist, and my grandma whom is a nurse have ALL told me to be proactive with medicine. Since you use Glow as a period tracker, from now on when you see your period getting close, start taking the pain medicine of your choice two to three days before you get your period to prevent any chance of them coming. This isn't exactly a remedy but it's very smart to know for the future. For your current cramps I suggest pain medicine, a heating pad, a nap, and some yummy food (but not salty food as it can causing bloating).
