I have that, stage 3 endo, only one Fallopian tube. Took 10 years ttc but I have one bio happy and healthy. He is now two

I have pcos and have 3 boys. 7, 5, 3

We've only tried for one so far,  but he's a happy, healthy, wild toddler now!
