EDD???

Had a positive ovulation test on 5/3. Had my first faint positive on 5/13. The app says that I am 6w2d as of today. But my question is wouldn't 6/3 be about 4 weeks? I'm just confused about how they come up with how far along I am.

It should go by the first day of your last cycle. So say your last cycle started may 1, you would be exactly 4 weeks today.

You add two weeks to your conception date. Technically the first 2 weeks you're not pregnant. Confusing, I know. I'm 8 weeks 5 days but I technically conceived 6 weeks 5 days ago. Does that make sense? It's dated back to your last period.

Don't stress too much about due dates just yet. Once you get to the doctor and they do the first ultrasound, it can change. Mine changed by two weeks because I ovulated later than I thought.
