Cramping during ovulation?

Does anyone here have ovulation cramps? Been noticing light to moderate cramps in my lower abdomen and wondered if anyone else has ever had this? Says I start my good week of chances tomorrow...

Yes I have this as well. Always on the left side. I was so scared when this started happening a little over a year ago but appears it happens with age.
