HAVING SEX !!!!

Ok so im having a problem with my fiancé we been ttc for almost 3 years and i have been depressed so i gained about 10lbs in the past 3 years and now i feel so uncomfortable getting naked in front of my fiancé and sometimes when we are having sex all i can think about is how fat I've gotten and i look horrible, now i have been exercising but i cant stay motivated help pleaseee some one
