Sleeping positions where it's easier to breathe
I halfway through week 5 of pregnancy....this is my first and I'm sure it will get worse....but are there any positions where I can breathe easier? This just started happening the past few days where I feel like I can't catch my breath. And now tonight I laid in bed and my lungs feel like they are under constant pressure....
Any tips??
