The strangest thing happened last

Night I woke up around two am to horrible cramps , weird part is I just finished my period 11 days ago so I'm not even due for a couple weeks!! The ONLY time this EVER happened before was the month I found out I was pregnant. It almost felt like I was going to have bad diarrhea but then after about 10 mins it just went away. Mind you I got a positive ovulation test the day before yesterday so maybe I was ovulating?? Not sure we have had sex the past three nights just to make sure I caught ovulation. I'm very hopeful because this was something I do remember happening the only time I've ever been pregnant so this could be a plus. Any ideas why this happened since my period isn't due for weeks but I was supposed to ovulate yesterday based on my positive opk??
