Ex boyfriend

So I'm totally new to all of this but less than 2 days ago my boyfriend of over a year broke up with me. I'm afraid that I could be pregnant, Im 10bpo but I also never saw this break up coming. It was so out of the blue. I'm just trying to heal now because it broke my heart but I can't help but think that there could be a possibility that I really could have messed up, at this point I hope I'm not. By the way I'm 17 almost 18.
