Does waking up tossing and turning affect your BBT ?

But could that affect my temp? I am 3 days into my cycle and it was 97.8! Yesterday it was 97.2.

I've been reading a book on how to get pregnant...lol...and I've learned quite a few things. For one, if you're doing BBT, you need to at least have 5 hours of solid sleep before temping. The waking up and tossing and turning raises body temps.

I've been wondering the same thing. Some mornings I wake up hot. I voted no because I have no clue :)
