Twins?

Had an ultrasound with the women's care center yesterday at 6 weeks 4 days. This is what she got. She said she was able to pick up a trace heart beat in each she thought, and there were definitely two sacs. Waiting to hear back from my OB for what to do next. What do you ladies think???
