Does anyone know or have had an experience of losing weight helps ur body when trying to conceive?

Yes after losing 25lbs I conceived immediately.

If you are overweight losing 5-10% body fat increases your odds of conceiving a lot!

I have a cousin who was very overweight when she first got pregnant and she had a miscarriage.  Her doctor told her that her weight played a role in the loss of her child. Well she's lost over 100 pounds,  got pregnant,  and now has a beautiful 5 year old daughter and my cousin has even managed to keep the weight off. I also just got pregnant after losing 40 pounds. I had gained a lot of weight after suffering from a miscarriage myself.  And I was heavy during my first pregnancy and my doctor had warned me about that.

Equally enough,  I read that heavier women are more likely to have twins.
