18 weeks and 4 days anyone else out of breath and at night breath through there mouth?

I'm 18 weeks and out of breath! Even going up the stairs is hard. My heart starts pounding

It's normal! My HR is 130 and I'm always out of breath. It's because our blood volume is increasing.

Oh yeah. Never been a snorer or mouth breather until I was about  15 weeks (I'll be 20 on Tuesday)

Yup. Walking my puppies feels like I just ran the Boston and NYC marathons back to back. Mind you, I only walk them around the block!

I'm 19/1.. It's pretty common around this time. No matter what in doing I have to stop to catch my breath.
