Visitation question
I recently filed for child support for my daughter I have never got even a single penny from her "dad" well after he got the paperwork he filed for his parental rights and appealed the child support decision we went to our initial hearing yesterday for the custody case his first request was a paternity test we ended up cutting the hearing short because the judge wanted us to go across the street to get the test done which we did. I made an agreement with her dad in January that he agreed to he would have her Saturday's and Sunday's he only follows through on it about once maybe twice a month now that he's asking for a paternity test I feel like I shouldn't let him have my daughter since he doesn't think he's her dad which I know he's doing this intentionally to avoid paying child support even though he signed an affidavit of paternity and has always claimed to be her dad. What are your opinions would you let him take your child for those unofficial days you've agreed upon outside of court or wait til you get the DNA test results back?
