Pregnant or not what do u think?

So I had my period on the 13th of May and next one is due in 6 days been having strange pulling twingeing pains in belly lower abdomen not what I have before and had a bit of bleeding about 4 days ago when I wiped been trying for nearly 2 years spouse low sperm count and now I'm hoping because this month just feels different no sore breast all tho left side is starting to get twingeing pains like when I'm due in?
