Hello everyone, I have PCOS and I've tried Glumetza for my insulin resistance and fertility it made me feel awful I got the shakes and just felt bad while on it. But I've been doing some research on this berry called Vitex and it claims to regulate ovulation and has many benefits to those who have PCOS. So I was just wondering if any of you guys have had any positive experiences with this?
