Would you be concerned if your man never answered a certain female text/call in front of you ?

my boyfriend does this. a certain female will text him every few months so its not like she texts him every day or week. its very sporadic. when she does text him though, he never responds whether its in front of me or if im not around and he tells me every time she decides to text him. he tells me because he doesnt want me to think anything and he doesnt respond because he says he knows where the conversation will go. it will turn into her saying something along the lines of i miss you or we should hang out next time youre in town. he says he just doesnt even want that line to get crossed so if she texts him and says some random memory or even just checking to see how he is doing, he wont respond. so it doesnt bother me because he's never had a problem telling me things i didnt even ask to know

I don't trust it when there's a lock on the phone I don't got a lock on mine he doesn't on his and not do I let my kids lock there's either but if you can't talk in front of me something is wrong

My boyfriend does that.. this girl with the same name as me would text him all "hey babe" and I'd ask him who it is and he said his cousins girlfriend do like whatever and then she wouldn't stop texting him so he blocked her. End of that haha. But I read with his the other day and done girl messaged him good morning and he didn't even open it but a lot of girls try and talk to him so I don't know if he's ignoring them or if they're replying..

I get so annoyed and a little concerned because my husband tends to be very secretive and protective of his phone.  Whenever i get near him when he's on it,  he either turns it off or turns it away from my view.  I confront him about this all the time and he thinks I'm being ridiculous!  I ask him what he feels he has to hide and he says nothing then offers for me to look through his phone.  He knows I'll say no because i feel wrong doing that.  It just really bothers me and i hope he really isn't hiding anything from me.

My husband and I say if you can't openly share your phone (ie. Facebook, calculator, calling, or Web use) with your other half your obviously hiding something. You have to trust the other half to not to hide things from you. I would be worried about him not blocking her number. My hubby has female friends that call or text occasionally but I'm the one with the ring on my finger and neither of us share so I'm not worried about it.
