Hey ladies! So I am on day 19 of my cycle. I am confused on how to calculate dpo. Does it start after u ovulate? I'm asking so I know when I can take a hpt. I have been feeling naesous for 2 days after I eat and headaches. Please help! Lol thanks in advance!
