Pre-seed

Hi! Has anyone had any luck TTC using Pre-seed? My husband and I have been trying for 18 months (had all the tests done and there's nothing wrong with either of us) and I recently heard about this type of lubricant. My sister-in-law is a fertility nurse and she told me she's had clients have great success. Just hoping for some positive feedback, though I'm not expecting a miracle.
