Success with Ovusense fertility monitor??

Does anyone have any insight as to how reliable they are by themselves? Not adding in temp charting or cervical position as I can't check mine. It's too high up at all times, my ob has a hard time getting to it to do Pap tests. It's frustrating because I'm not even getting positive opk just faint lines all the time. 6 years ttc and have never had any luck with plain opk. Even with my first baby, she just kinda happened one day
