CD 110 Help please

I have all the signs of ovulation. I'm on cycle day 110. I haven't ovulated in months. I'm scared to have sex. I don't know if my cycle could cause a misscarriage. I can't lose another one. Please help. This ovulation test on bottom is postive right?!
