AF rant

While I know there are lots of women who try months/years to conceive, I was blessed to not have that issue with my first child...now, for baby #2 we started trying in May and I just got AF and I am super bummed...I don't know how to really deal with this feeling, as we were very fortunate last time around...now we have to keep trying and I feel so defeated/depressed...I know it's just one month and we just started trying but I'm just at a loss since this is a new feeling for me...
