Advice please!!

My husband wakes up early goes to the gym comes back gets ready goes to work. He is gone all day until after 6pm. He finally gets home has dinner watches his tv show. It's been over 3 hours he has been home. We are lying in bed I go to lay next to him and  grab his arm to put around me. And he is like ughhhhhh he doesn't want to. He doesn't give me the time of day. So I say fine and lay on my side of the bed. I would like some attention here!!!! Is he being selfish or what is going on here??? I want to cuddle and be affectionate
