My husband won't stand up for me

I'm a military wife at 19 and my husband is 21. This is out first duty station and it's miles away from home. Well I've met no one here except 2 other couples even after a year. Both husbands are constantly rude to me and some what sexist. One always finds a sly way to insult me. The other has openly sexually harassed me (verbally) and in front of his wife but worse when she isn't around. Just the other day we went to see a movie with the couple and their friend. When his wife left to go to the bathroom before the movie, he openly said, "Will you please not give Will a blowjob during the movie." I was shocked. I honestly thought it was a joke at the fact that I had lost my virginity in a movie theater, but he was dead serious. My husband said NOTHING. My husband and I have talked about the issue of his lack of sticking up for me and he feels "in this day and age it shouldn't be all on him." I can understand that but with at least these people I am unable to say anything as these men are obviously disrespectful to me enough. Am I wrong? Should I be the only one to say something? Or should he of said something forever ago?
