Cheating or am i crazy

Ok so my bf we've been together 3 months and things happened and he lives with me don't hate but in the beginning I knew I loved him but he wasn't sure so he sent a nude to a girl and didn't tell me until a month or two in I did to someone also and told him right away for feeling bad and he didn't get mad which never made sense until after I told him he told me he did too so that blew over I mean it was nothing but he always is talking to girls not hiding from me he let's me read some convos not all but he texts a lot and they all tbh him well we took a break for a week or so and I found out he was talking to his twins brothers girlfriends friend and she got mad for him getting back with me and Idk if he is still talking to other girls in a way or I'm crazy help what should I do
