Worried/confused
Been ttc for 4 months. I have these sharp pelvic pains on both sides. Had an ultrasound yesterday and found nothing, no cysts, nothing. Came back clear. But it hurts.. I am ovulating according to tests. Has anyone experience this before? I'm hoping that this isn't the reason why I'm having trouble getting pregnant.
