Worried

Hello ladies. I am 9weeks pregnant today and before my first appointment I lost a Lil bit of blood. My doc I seen today said I maybe in danger of loosing my baby. Although I am having faith in God these are some similar symptoms from my first pregnancy. I am a bit afraid tho for reasons this OBG didn't do a ultrasound and I am waiting on a referral to have one. TIA for any help
